Our Mission

Astronomy and mythology both fill us with awe! They remind us how small we are (but in the best possible way!) and how much we have in common with other people, even those who lived miles or centuries apart! The night sky perfectly embodies the beauty of this realization and shows how connected we truly are, no matter where or when we look up. We believe everyone deserves access to that feeling of wonder. That’s why we created Astronomyths. Our activities are completely free, and we’re committed to making them as accessible and welcoming as possible to anyone, no matter their background. After all, what unites us is far greater than what sets us apart!

Our main activity is hosting guided night-sky tours, mostly between April and October. During these evenings, we share the myths, stories, and science behind the stars. We’re also working on educational materials that will soon be available on this website.
